FMW Associates was founded by Fiona White who wanted to use her business experience and expertise to inspire others to unlock their business potential.
Having studied Economics at Edinburgh, Fiona embarked on a sales career in the city. She joined Unilever several years later, qualified as a Cost and Management Accountant and had a successful career spanning Finance, Supply chain and Customer Management.
Since leaving Unilever, Fiona has held senior sales director positions within Danone, Coors and Vodafone. She is an experienced team leader and has led many business transformations.
Fiona holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management and is also a member.
She is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and subscribes to their Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org). This ensures the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all work undertaken by FMW Associates.
Fiona works alongside other associates who bring a wealth of experience of running their own business and leading teams within many organisations. All associates share the FMW philosophy about helping people be themselves at work and being recognised for the value they bring.
