Our philosophy is to build a team where everyone knows their role, understands their value and is recognised for the contribution they make to the overall business direction. In essence, we aim to build a culture similar to the one President Kennedy found when he visited NASA in the 1960s. He was keen to speak to as many employees as possible and spent the morning with astronauts, scientists and engineers. As he was leaving he came across an employee who was sweeping the floor. When he asked him what he was doing, the cleaner replied “I’m helping to put a man on the moon”.
